While signing the National Anthem, they purposely sang it off-tune, laughed about and then proceeded to make comments and laugh some more as they pretended to try and finish it, which they did not. Instead, they just laughed some more. I see a bunch of preteen-teenagers riding them, running through stop signs, avoiding traffics laws, and not wearing any helmets.
